Because we
schedule meetings by appointment, we do not have "set" hours. We
are generally available to meet with our customers days, nights, and
weekends.

Where is your
service area?
New Hampshire Modular Homes, LLC
exclusively serves Southern New Hampshire and Central New
Hampshire. We do not serve any states other than New Hampshire,
even if your land is "just over the line". If you're out of our
service area, please contact
ProBuilt Homes
for a dealer who serves your area.

Can I custom design a modular home? Yes! We will help
you design the right home for your family's needs and budget. We
can customize your new home by adapting standard plans to meet your
needs, design your new home from the ground up, or work with your

How much does
site work and "button-up" cost?
Costs will vary depending upon your building lot, size and style of
house, and degree to which homeowner chooses to participate in

Do you provide "turn-key" service?
No.
We offer homeowners the opportunity to save thousands of dollars

Do I need to
have my own land?
Yes, you will need to find your own land. Click for some

What should I
know about a construction loan?
A construction loan can be used to purchase your land, pay for your
modular home as well as site work and button-up costs. Obtaining
construction financing may be the most challenging aspect of
building a new home (either stick or modular). While it is
always more fun to look at plans, please do not ignore this aspect
of the project off (unfortunately, no loan = no house). Please
