Starter Homes
offer the same quality as our standard
homes. Because starter homes are designed to be shipped with two
modules on one carrier you save half the cost of transportation.
Smaller homes also cost less to build, set, and finish. The result:
a great home at a lower price.
All cape-style homes are
factory-built with the second floor unfinished. The homeowner may
finish the second floor at any time. Possible configurations of
second floor include master suite, bedrooms, bath, or home office.
All of the starter home plans
may be modified.
All cape designs may be modified to
cape chalet style homes.
