Meeting with New Hampshire Modular Homes

At New Hampshire Modular Homes, LLC we believe that you deserve our undivided attention when planning your new home. For this reason, we schedule meetings with clients by appointment. Typically, we meet with clients two to three times prior to ordering their home. We realize that buying a home is a very important decision and we take the time to work with you to get everything just right.

We are generally available to meet with clients days, nights, and weekends by appointment only. Please contact us at 603.456.2378 to schedule a meeting. There is no cost or obligation for meeting with us!

We enjoy helping our customers build their dreams. Marjorie J. Cudney assists homebuyers with the custom design of their new homes. Her former experience includes design work in New York City, interior design and sales in New Hampshire, and ten years of business experience in Boston. Marge holds an AAS in Design from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and a BS in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Bruce H. Cudney assists homebuyers with the financial and project planning aspects of modular home construction. Bruce earned a BS in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA in Finance from Western New England University. Prior to entering the modular home industry, Bruce was a professor of business administration for 20 years. Bruce also holds an Extra class Amateur "Ham" radio license.

Our Dogs

	Misty is a Blue Merle Collie. She has lived her entire life in modular homes and is very satisfied with their features. Misty enjoys watching our cats and playing with her brother Dylan. When not otherwise occupied, Misty can be found sleeping in an easy chair. Misty looks forward to greeting you!
	Dylan is an English Cocker Spaniel. Dylan enjoys retrieving balls and playing with his sister Misty. Dylan's favorite activity is eating. He also likes to spin in circles when excited. When not eating or playing, Dylan can generally be found on the couch. Dylan looks forward to your visit!
