Working with New Hampshire Modular Homes
We will take the time to
talk with you and answer your questions so that we can plan a house that meets your needs and
budget.
Floor plans and elevations will then be drawn by ProBuilt Homes (at no cost or obligation to you) for your review.
Once you have reviewed and approved your plans your order will be sent to ProBuilt Homes. Your home will be designed to meet both New Hampshire and local building codes.
Your home will be built indoors under ideal conditions.
Throughout the construction process, your home is inspected many times by independent, nationally recognized third-party inspection teams.
We will keep you informed of the production and delivery schedule and estimated completion time so that you may coordinate site work.
We will be on-site the day your house arrives.
We will schedule the set, which includes coordinating the crane and set-crew.
We will continue to be available to you after the set has been completed to answer any questions that you may have.
At New Hampshire Modular Homes, LLC we believe that
you deserve our undivided attention when planning your new home. For this reason, we schedule meetings with clients by appointment. We are
generally available to meet with clients days, nights, and
weekends.
Typically, we
meet with clients two to three times prior to ordering their
home. We realize that buying a home is a very important decision
and we take the time to work with you to get everything just
right.
